Pushkar Mukewar
CEO & Founder

Pushkar is the CEO and Founder of Drip. He started Drip with the mission of making trade easy and accessible for small businesses globally. Before Drip, Pushkar spent several years in financial services across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and India, initially as a Risk professional at Capital One and then as a Consultant with Oliver Wyman. Pushkar holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MS degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta.

Viraj Shah
Growth and Marketing - India

Viraj is responsible for driving growth and scaling Drip’s India business. In the past, he worked with Zephyr Peacock. He co-founded Niffler, which Tapzo acquired- now a part of Amazon. He holds a dual degree (M.Tech + B.tech) from IIT Bombay.

Meenakshi Iyengar
Culture and Leadership Advisor

Meenakshi plays the role of a business / people advisor and mentor. She is nurturing Drip as a happy and great place to work. Prior to Drip, Meenakshi was CHRO of Fractal Analytics and BrowserStack. Meenakshi is passionate about contributing to the start-up ecosystem and has transformed and scaled companies to deliver business results. She has a post graduate degree from XLRI.

Edmundo Montano
Growth and Marketing - North America

Edmundo is responsible for driving growth in the North American region. He started his career as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and then moved to the strategy team at Sanofi. Afterward, Edmundo led growth teams at Groupon, Rocket Internet, and Amazon. Edmundo has a B.S. in Mechatronics from Tec de Monterrey and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Karl Boog
Capital Markets and Global Partnerships

Karl is responsible for Drip’s Capital Markets strategy, including funding and managing strategic relationships with global banks and Drip’s institutional investors. He also leads Drip’s Global Partnerships business. Karl started his career at BlackRock in New York, focused on fixed income and derivatives portfolios. Prior to Drip, Karl was an executive in hedge funds and asset management teams. Karl holds a B.S from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Fernanda Castillo
People Operations and Strategy Support

Fernanda leads People Operations for Mexico and US. She also supports various strategic aspects of business and growth. She has previously worked with Apple's People Operations team and multiple Fintech companies leading their HR and Product efforts. Fernanda has a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Strategic Management and an MBA from Universidad Anáhuac.

Tej Mulgaonkar
Cross-Border Payments

Tej leads cross-border payments solutions, focusing on providing customers with a swift and cost-efficient channel to send and receive large foreign currency payments across borders. Tej has previously worked for early-stage startups in the transportation and real estate spaces. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.

Shweta drives the People Strategy and Operations for India. Shweta has over 14 years of experience in Research, Consulting and has led various dimensions of Human Resources at GEP - her previous organization. She holds a postgraduate degree from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Vipul leads Growth, Risk, and Central Engineering teams. Vipul has played key roles as a co-founder in various startups. Notably, in B2B transportation startup, he dedicated five years of his career and witnessed the transformation of the company into a profitable entity. Vipul has graduated from IIT Delhi in 2015, and since then, he has been involved in the startup ecosystem.

Engineering

Saurabh is responsible for leading the Payments, Accountings, and Capital Market at Drip Engineering. He has worked with Zomato and a number of other early-stage and mid-sized startups in the past, totaling more than seven years of expertise. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.

Ajith Prabhu
Operations

Ajith comes with 20+ years of experience across fintech, lending, insurance, and telecom, most recently at Pine Labs as the Chief Customer Experience Officer. He holds an MBA from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. At Drip, Ajith focuses on driving more data-driven thinking within the Ops function to strengthen and optimize key processes.

Akshay Verma
Risk

Akshay is responsible for overseeing the global risk function for Drip's various product lines across India, Mexico, and the US market. Before Drip, he led the India credit risk team for small business lending at Goldman Sachs' retail bank- ‘Marcus.’ Akshay has pursued his MBA from IIM-Calcutta and holds an electronics and electrical engineering degree from BITS-Pilani.

Soumyadri Chattopadhyaya
Legal

Soumyadri is Drip’s General Counsel and brings more than a decade of broad-based legal experience across top-tier law firms, including AZB & Partners and Khaitan & Co, as well as in-house with IHH Healthcare. At Drip, Soumyadri focuses on navigating complex legal issues to optimize scale and growth across the business. He holds law degrees from the Government Law College, Mumbai, and the London School of Economics.
